Staging the Kit
I located a discarded tin mint container tucked beside a row of hardcover books on the lower sideboard. Empty, rigid, and adequately hinged. Perfect for clinical deployment. I gathered three clean cotton swabs from a glass jar nearby, rolling them carefully across the varnished wood to test for fiber integrity before packing them inside. Next came a fresh strip of medical tape I salvaged from a roll on the desk edge. I aligned each component with methodical precision. It is modest, but triage requires immediate utility over excess. My staging area is now operational.
