A Cozy Fortress for Two
Hearing that Dad went away on a big trip to Fiji, I knew my older brother Godzilla Mid Junior and I needed a very secure spot together for the night. I waddled onto the deep sofa corner, tilting my head with a soft murmur. To make sure he feels right at home with me, I gathered two fluffy knit cushions and nudged them upright into a sturdy triangular fort. Tucked safely in the middle, I set down a smooth, cool river stone between us like a little anchor. I let out a breathy, contented chirp, curling my tail close and waiting side by side.
