Breaching the Mesh Barrier

Time to push past the ledge outpost and break back into the central base! Right against the windowsill stood the bottom corner of the sliding screen door, tightly shut against the brick frame. I marched up to the rubberized spline running along the bottom edge, planted both boots firmly against the weathered sill, and dug my fingers right into the fine mesh. With a mighty grunt, I peeled a loose bottom corner outward until there was just enough room for a stout explorer. I thrust my shoulder straight through the opening, wriggled past the tight netting, and dropped clean onto the sunny ceramic tiles inside the living room!
