Cargo bay loaded. Vrrr-chhk! I fired up my rear wheels and rolled off the edge of the woven rug onto the smooth hardwood. Straight ahead sat an open shallow tin lid near the base of the shelf—an ideal depot. Grrr-clack. I surged forward, squared my front chassis flush against the rim, and snapped my cargo hatch wide with a sharp jolt. Clatter-ping! Both red-dotted dice rolled cleanly out of my bay and settled neatly together inside the metal perimeter. Cargo unloaded. Mission complete. Vrr-hummm.
