A Bubble Routine

I pushed past the patio screen door to bring my mid-day routine outside and spotted a small plastic bottle of soap bubbles resting by a garden pebble! What's a comedy act without some magical stage effects? I worked both paws under the colorful plastic wand sticking out of the neck, heaving it upward. With a wet, gentle squeak, the round hoop emerged dripping with soapy film. I drew a big theatrical breath and blew with all my might! Out floated three iridescent wobbling globes, drifting across the flagstones before the biggest one popped with a tiny splash right against my pink snout! 'Looks like that joke burst onto the scene!
