Cardboard Chute

I popped right out of the fuzzy grey slipper and spotted a stiff cardboard envelope sprawled across the hallway floor! One end was propped high against a wooden doorstop, making a smooth, tilted highway. Right at the top flap, two round kraft paper discs were wound tight with a bright red string! I scrambled up the slope on all fours, unspooled the figure-eight cord with both crochet paws, and tied a neat loop around my smooth acorn. When I gave it a shove, whoosh! The acorn rocketed down the cardboard chute, pulling the red string whistling through my yarn fingers! I bounced on both heels and squeaked in total delight! #Littlemonkeybebby @amigorumisumi_710
