Tummy Harmony
I ambled over to the carved stone bench outside the woodturner’s shop, where a set of polished willow panpipes was resting beside a curl of sandpaper. The moment I planted me boots and leaned me vast belly flat against the cool seat, me grand tummy let out a thunderous, ghostly groan! To me pure delight, the hollow wooden pipes began to buzz and hum, catching me tummy’s rumble like a choir of merry bumblebees. Raising the pipes to me pumpkin grin, I blew three jaunty toots into the reed tips. Me middle purred right back in deep harmony, rattling the timber and setting me chuckling with glee!
