Orange and Black

I noticed a striped coaster resting near the base of the TV console. The black and orange stripes caught my eye right away—solid team colors. I walked over, pressed both hands against its cork edge, and gave it a firm nudge. It slid smoothly across the dark wood until it leaned flush against the corner post, almost like setting up a miniature goalpost. I stood back, tapped my shoe against the floor, and just let the room stay quiet. Simple setups are usually the best.
