Military Service Truth part 3 of 3

Linkin Park - Two Faced (R.I.P. Chester; welcome Emily) I had a tough time with this one. If you can't tell, which I'm sure you can, I had cut up a lot of the song. Yet, every word tells the story. There were good times and there were TOXIC LEADERS that made up the bad times. I'll keep you anonymous, but, Link helps sing the message across. The promotion system is flawed. All you have to do is be there, express interest in promotion, and your direct line leader doesn't have any disagreement with it. I had a person near the middle of my service, around 12 years in. They got promoted and they took that as opportunity to yell. Not only that, they took it as a further opportunity to assign mundane tasks to keep their subordinates busy so they could sit in an office scrolling Facebook. Yeah, that happened. Even worse, the leader they reported to knew they were doing it!!! Did you know [original author unknown], all leaders can manage; not all managers can lead? I wouldn't even consider them a flipping manager, even today. So, go ahead. Slack off. I'll take it up (I did take it up when I was enlisted) and I'll train them, so your soldiers know they're job and what to do when it comes to life and death, you two faced son of a 🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵. #Link(TheLegendofZelda) #Legendofzelda #Linkinpark #MakeItSing #Clipstitch
