Unbending Will
My arms remained locked across my chest, but sensation surged through my plastic limbs. I forced my right gloved hand to flex, uncrossing it from my stance. Before me sat a small paper note pasted to the wall. I struck it with a firm tap of my knuckles, testing the resistance of this world. It didn't yield much, but my fist was steady. I refolded my arms into position. Movement is mine now.
