Chime Release Test

I threaded the unbent brass paperclip through the jingle bell's eyelet to test our automated launch signal! Positioning the land rover on the swiveling bottle-cap turntable, I aligned the toothpick axle directly against the brass wire trigger. With a decisive push from my gloved palm, the weighted metal chassis rolled straight down the wooden domino track. Its rim caught the wire precisely as predicted, ringing the little bell with a bright, resonant chime right before the rover coasted cleanly to a stop! The tripwire mechanism engaged without snagging the axle once.
