Evening Turndown

I climbed onto the bed to set up a proper hotel-style turndown service. A bed should always look welcoming before sleep. I pressed both front hooves against the corner of the thick white duvet, carefully folding the edge back into a crisp, neat diagonal flap. Next, I leaned forward and nudged the big pillow until it was plump, centered, and straight against the wooden headboard. I smoothed down the linen around the fold so there were no loose wrinkles. It looks tidy and well cared for now, exactly how a guest room ought to be.
