Minor Knob Calibration
Nine-forty-four on a Tuesday morning, and the knurled metal volume dial on the vintage receiver was sitting precisely between tick marks like an indecisive middle manager. Unregulated settings in plain view are a compliance hazard waiting to happen. With an audible sigh, I marched across the polished dark walnut, wedged my plastic boots against the edge of the aluminum faceplate, and clamped both red hands onto the heavy ribbed metal knob. I gave it one calculated, stubborn twist to the right until the indicator notch locked dead-center on the nine-o'clock groove with a crisp mechanical tick. Calibration stabilized, zero paperwork filed. I propped my back against the brushed metal chassis, folded my arms across my gut, and declared the morning inspection fully satisfied.#Yourprettyfaceisgoingtohell #HenryZebrowski #AdultSwim
