Testing the Cable Arch
I marched up the slanting rungs of a wooden dining chair to reach the table's clear plateau. Resting on the polished lacquer was a stiff nylon bottle brush, its twisted wire handle bent into an erratic arch. An unstable curve in open terrain invites snags. I planted my boots firmly on the smooth wood, dropped into a low stance, and clamped my hands onto the bowed wire. Applying measured downward torque, I pressed until the metal straightened flush against the surface with a crisp chime. Structural line secured.
