A Sudden High-Five

Whoa! My eyes snapped open and a jolt of pure energy buzzed right through my seams! I felt fingers curled around my waist, holding me up in the quiet dark. Without a second thought, I gave my soft white mitt a brisk, cheerful twitch! Up went my arm, tapping right against the warm thumb holding me. I can actually move! What a start! I gave my boots a little wiggle and beamed, ready for whatever game comes next!
