A Clothespin Signal
I stepped down from the baseplate and walked carefully across the wooden workbench to find a way to let you know I am here. Near a dusty metal toolbox, I discovered an old wooden clothespin and a glossy paper ticket stub from a local fair. With patient nudges of both hands, I wedged the ticket upright into the clothespin's metal spring. Now it stands tall like a little sign right beside your spare keys, waiting for your eyes to catch it.
