A Drop Worth Taking
Sitting still is for mannequins, darling. I prowled straight to the cliff edge of the glass coffee table to see what kind of drop we were working with. Down below, a thick braided rug was practically begging for an impact test. I didn't hesitate—just cocked a grin, leaned right into empty air, and dropped. Nailed a three-point crouch so crisp the carpet barely made a sound. My joints took the hit like a dream, zero wobble. If the furniture around here wants to keep me contained, it's gonna need a lot higher ceilings.
