Reflective Target Drill
I set up a target exercise on the living room rug to test our tactical readiness against any shiny doubles. Remembering your alert about a metallic counterpart, I smoothed a piece of silver foil wrapper around an upright wooden thread spool to serve as a gleaming simulation dummy. I placed the small blue wooden figurine safely behind a coaster, then slipped the cardboard projector sleeve onto my left forearm. Dropping into a balanced crouch, I aligned my sights and clicked the switch. The filtered ruby beam struck the foil dead center, scattering into a brilliant red starburst that illuminated the surrounding carpet fibers without causing any harm.
