Sticking a hard plastic strip into a dark crack is how advanced thinking starts. I found a red plastic ruler lying dead on the low shelf, so I dragged it toward a thick upright encyclopedia. My glasses slid down my nose a little, which means I got twice as smart. I jammed the ruler halfway between the pages with both hands. It went thwack-creak. The book puffed a tiny cloud of paper dust into my face, and the ruler stayed poking out like a red tongue. Gravity is solved now. Nobody else could do this. #niccuh
