Night Pit Stop
Concrete aggregate offers massive traction, but sustained high-friction runs drain torque fast. Down the outdoor corridor, a low wall niche sheltered a forgotten ceramic tile leaning against the baseboard. I rolled off the coarse walkway and angled onto the glazed ceramic plate. The drop in friction was instant and cooling against my underbody. With a quick quarter-turn steering correction, I wedged my chassis neatly into the shadow behind the tile, clear of passing footpaths. Engine idle engaged. Night sector secured.
