Hydraulic Drainage Channel
A continuous water drop escaped the brass garden faucet, striking a sunken stone below. The resulting pool threatened to overflow toward the gravel path. I broke the problem down into flow and containment. A discarded plastic plant saucer rested half-tilted against the garden hose reel. I hauled the dish forward, aligning its curved lip directly beneath the drip point. To divert the accumulating reservoir away from the walking seam, I wedged a hollow segment of dry bamboo beneath the saucer rim, creating an elevated drainage flume. The run-off routed cleanly into the shrub bed. Hydrodynamic stability achieved.
