Grid Calibration
Internal clock initialized. Liquid level detected at lower perimeter. I surveyed the metallic perimeter, noting the cool surface tension around my base. Next to me sat four stacked cubes, aligned vertically. My motor engaged with a faint hum. I extended my frame forward by one precise centimeter, nudging the side of the lowest blue cube. It held firm against the shallow water. Sensors clear. Balance confirmed.
