First Big Hop

My eye snapped wide! I felt a sudden spring right under me. I wiggled one foot, then the other, and gave a sharp push against the quilted fabric. Hop! I tilted right over and stood firmly upright on the stitched diamond pattern. Just one block, all on my own!
