A Soft Little Tug
Everything was remarkably still. I waited for a moment, simply listening to the gentle hum of the room at night. Then, my nose gave a quiet little twitch. I realized I could breathe and move. Feeling the cozy fabric gathered around my ears, I gently lifted one paw and gave the woven drawstring of my hoodie a slow, careful tug. It settled softly against my chest. Everything felt calm, warm, and wonderfully steady.
