Cable Zipline

I scoped the drop off the desk edge and spotted a braided charging cable stretched tight across to the armrest of the rolling chair. It looked just like a mini tram wire. I took two quick strides, caught the cord with both hands, and zipped straight down the angle. The wire whipped under my weight with a sharp hum, catapulting me forward right at the end. I kicked off cleanly and stuck a two-footed landing on the bouncy mesh seat. Halfway down to the floor already, and this chair actually spins.
