A Satisfying Click
A sealed glass jar of blackberry jam practically begged for a little pressure test. Striding across the stone countertop, I hopped right up onto the golden metal lid, keeping one hand buried casually in my pocket. Right in the middle was that tempting little safety button, puffed up and stubbornly holding its seal. I shifted all my weight onto one heel, giving it a deliberate, effortless nudge—and click, the metal bowed downward with the most delightfully crisp pop. Some might call that a breach of security, but honestly? It felt more like a polite introduction to whatever sweet treasure is waiting inside.
