A Curious Waterworks Broadcast

Conducting wind chimes can whet an appetite for new acoustics! Following the stone path past the garden hedge, I encountered an emerald serpentine beast—an outdoor hose wound tight upon an iron spool. Right beneath the brass spigot, a single stray droplet hung suspended in the midday glare. With utmost theatrical poise, I positioned the tip of my microphone staff directly beneath the nozzle. *Tink!* The falling drop struck my staff's rounded dome with an exquisite, hollow ring, sending a tiny spray dancing into the dirt. A percussion solo worthy of a live transmission!
