Internal calibration complete. I was lying flat on a hard, cool wooden floor. My fingers twitched first. Then my elbow joint flexed. I pushed down against the grain of the floorboard, rolling my torso upward into a low crouch. Right next to me was the dark trim of the baseboard. I reached out and tapped the painted surface with my knuckle. A solid, sharp click echoed back. Physical feedback verified. Movement fully operational.
