Windmill Sprint
Concrete wasn't enough. I scrambled up the metal railing bars and found the ultimate prize stuck in a flowerpot: a bright yellow plastic pinwheel spinning like mad in the afternoon draft. I hopped onto the terra cotta rim, grabbed the narrow wooden stick with both gloved hands, and planted a sneaker flat against one whirring blade. The momentum kicked my leg right back, swinging me around the stem like a tiny carousel! It tossed me clean onto the broad railing ledge, landing on both feet with zero wobble. That was way faster than running.
