The Goofy Ahh Bedroom Slipper
Waddled in through the flap and dragged my heavy legs down the hallway. Too tired to hunt for crusts. By the edge of the bed sat a gigantic gray slipper lined with thick fleece. Shoved my face straight into the fuzzy opening. Smelled like warm wool. Wiggled my round belly hard until my stubby feet wedged deep into the toe pocket. Snug and tight, like a private cave. Let out a muffled, drowsy puff that tickled my own chin, closed my heavy lids, and let the room go dark.
