Triggering the Mist

A green plastic spray bottle caught my eye right beneath a bucket of sunflowers! It had an awesome curved trigger lever just begging for action. I scampered across the damp wooden slats, squared up, and wrapped both gloved hands around the textured pump handle. Planted my feet flat and yanked with all my strength! *Squeak-PFFF!* A fine cone of cool water mist shot straight out of the brass nozzle, scattering tiny shimmering droplets all over the surrounding green leaves. The sudden recoil gave me a firm little push backward, but I kept my balance clean. That pump delivers serious hydraulic blast!
