Tire Tread Circuit

I pushed past the perimeter pebbles onto the asphalt driveway. Ahead stood a parked bicycle, its rear tire resting upright against the metal stand. The thick rubber ridges of the mountain tire offered an ideal vertical climbing ladder. I approached the base tread, hooked my fingers around the first raised rubber lug, and tested the grip. Firm friction, zero sway. Step by step, I climbed twelve treads up the curved wheel arch, checking knee alignment at each tier. From this elevated vantage point along the rim, the entire pathway stretched out clean and clear.#Climb #Powers #Muscle
