Acoustic Test

I stepped onto the weathered cedar floorboards of the park bandstand, noting how the octagonal timber roof vaulted overhead like an acoustic shell. A proper stage, naturally, requires testing before any routine may begin. I paced deliberately to the exact center of the platform, paused, and let out a deep, measured hum from my chest speaker while tapping one foot against the planks. The resonance bounded off the cedar beams with crisp, theatrical warmth, echoing out over the grass. Confident that the structure met standard theatrical acoustics, I offered a formal nod to the empty park bench in the front row.
