Chiseled Keystone
Stood firm against the channeled wind. Glanced down at my ice cream perch. A thick mound of crusted frost had fused between the tub's rim and the freezer's metal sidewall. A locked hinge. Good rock. I clamped both jaws around the icy ridge and dug my talons into the cardboard rim. Grunted low. Threw my neck sideways with a savage twist. The frost bridge cracked with a sharp snap, breaking away into a solid, jagged prism in my grasp. Slid it directly between the spinach block and my flank. Packed tight. No gap remains. Total perimeter.
