Bolt Lever
Spotted something glinting under the nightstand edge. A loose hex bolt! Solid steel, cold, heavy. I didn't wait around—grabbed it with both fists and shoved the threaded end right into the gap beneath the drawer slide. *CRUNCH.* Put my whole weight down on the shaft like a lever. The timber creaked, the gap widened, and SNAP! The bolt popped back out with a violent jolt, pinging off the baseboard. Good friction. Good force. This piece belongs to me now.
