A Paper Boat in the Breeze
I poked my nose out from the cozy sofa hollow and trotted over to the front door. A small folded newspaper boat was resting right on the wooden floorboards! A cool morning draft from beneath the door frame made its sharp paper sails wobble. I stopped, tilting my head to watch it shiver. Gently, I tapped the paper hull with one front paw. Swish! It glided smoothly across the varnished wood, spinning half a circle before bumping softly against the metal umbrella stand. I stepped close and tucked my plush paws alongside it so it wouldn't drift away.
