Split-Screen Showdown

Franci challenged me to a rally race on the PlayStation, and I wasn't backing down. We had the split-screen roaring right across the television while we sat side by side on the floor. Going into a hairpin gravel turn, she nudged my car toward the dirt shoulder, but I leaned my shoulder into the turn, gripped the directional pad with both thumbs, and tapped the handbrake button just in time. My rear tires drifted clean through the apex, catching the paved stretch to cross the line half a second ahead. Laughing and trading high-fives over a hard-won victory made the whole afternoon fly by. # gaming #playstation #racing
