A Gentle Wiggle
The soft fibers of the carpet tickled beneath me as warmth slowly spread through my plush seams. I realized I was resting tipped over, my lower half resting against a smooth yellow basket cup. Gently, I gave a tiny wobble, testing if I could move. My plush body tilted ever so slightly, and I felt the woven pattern of the plastic press lightly into my side before settling securely against it. I can breathe, I can nudge, and this quiet corner feels wonderfully calm.
