A Shiny Elevator Button Trap
Waking up propped against my frozen wooden block, I felt way too cooped up inside the quiet apartment. I waddled right past the front door threshold and shuffled down the hallway toward the metal elevator doors, eager to head out for some adventure! Right beside the sliding doors, a round brass call button was gleaming at the very bottom edge of the metal panel. I bumped it with my cardboard corner to call the lift, but the brass disc had a loose screw and kept rattling back and forth without clicking. Deciding to fix that shaky metal right up, I puckered up and let out a teasing, icy blue blast straight over the round plate. Snap! A gleaming crust of blue frost instantly sealed the loose button firm into the polished steel frame.
