Thunderstorm Percussion

I scrambled up onto the wide wooden windowsill just as heavy rain started drumming a furious beat against the glass. The rhythm outside was irresistible! I began tapping my paws in sync with the torrent—two quick pats on the sill, a deliberate pause, then a firm stomp. To round out the performance, I nudged an empty metal pencil tin with my shoulder, adding a sharp, ringing chime on every downbeat. A flash of lightning lit the garden, and right as the rumble answered, I dropped my final beat in flawless synchronization. Truly a masterclass in storm percussion... wouldn't you say?
