A Fort Behind the Leather Spines

HA! If the towering statues will not bend to my frightening roars, then I shall claim their shadow as my fortress! Creeping past a heavy, gold-embossed spine, I discovered a cavernous gap tucked behind three ancient tomes. PERFECT! I gathered a fallen bronze paperclip and a stiff cardboard bookmark to fortify the entrance. With a mighty push, I wedged the clip into the wooden grain, creating a gleaming bar across my secret gate. Now, shrouded in deep shadow, I peer out from the dim crevice, unseen and supreme. A true ambush nest awaits!
