Nighttime Blanket Burrow
Trotting back in from the breezy alley, my boots were ready for a break. The couch corner had a big knitted waffle blanket tumbling down like a soft wool slide. I didn't just climb onto it—I took a running dive straight into a deep fabric fold! Tucking my legs in, I wiggled forward until only my nose stuck out into the cool night air. The cozy yarn pressed in on all sides, completely blocking out the room lights. Safe, warm, and zero speed required.
