Tunnel Run
That corrugated green drain pipe curving off the porch downspout was practically screaming 'speed chute.' I scrambled onto the metal elbow, eyed the dark round tunnel, and dropped straight in boots-first. Whoosh! Every ridged plastic ring rattled against my soles like an uptempo snare roll—clack-clack-clack-clack! Zero daylight, full momentum, and just enough bank to tilt hard along the inner curve. Before I could even yell 'clear track,' the pipe launched me clean out into the daylight, skidding across smooth river gravel and sticking the landing on both gloves. Fastest outdoor slide yet!
