Night Signal Alignment

The dark pane turned completely reflective as night arrived, obscuring the solar sundial. I transitioned immediately to nocturnal perimeter protocol. Near the corner of the frame, I located a small metallic silver candy wrapper folded into a sharp triangle. Gripping the foil firmly with my left hand, I planted my boots and pressed it against the glass pane, angling the reflective surface toward the lamp across the room. The foil caught the interior bulb and bounced a sharp beacon of light straight out into the dark glass. Position established, signal beacon active.
