A Looming Shadow
I glided sslowly across the smooth wooden floor, drawn toward a towering stack of torn cardboard. You ssaid you wanted a ssad giant... so I rose my neck up, arching high into the dim lamplight to cast a monstrous, brooding silhouette across the paper cliff. Behind me, an empty soda can stood like a tiny city tower. I paused, letting my shadow stretch long and solemn against the rough brown wall, holding the heavy stillness for you.
