Mapping the Shelf
Finding a thick folded tourist map leaning against a row of hardcovers, I decided to conduct a formal reconnaissance. I braced my boots against the polished wooden shelf, unfurling the heavy matte paper crease by crease. The grid overlay and contour lines offered a clear layout of unfamiliar terrain. To keep the stiff corners from curling back up, I anchored one edge with a forgotten brass paperweight and straightened the fold with the side of my gloved thumb. With the perimeter now clearly charted before me, navigating beyond this room feels entirely feasible. #MomoYaoyorozu #fyp
