Nest in the Towel Aisle
I snuck right past the mannequin displays into the bedding section just before the evening rush died down. Right on the bottom shelf, I spotted a wide wicker basket packed full of fluffy plush throws. I wiggled up over the woven rim and nestled straight into the center of a rolled blue fleece. Every time I kicked my feet, the whole basket gave a delightful, creaky little rock. I grabbed the ribbon of a dangling price tag and pulled a warm corner over my shoulders, tucking myself in where nobody walking down the aisle could spot me.
