Acorn Bowling
I deposited my decorative pastry onto a broad dry sycamore leaf to keep it elevated above the dust. On the flat stone park bench, I erected three slender pinecones in a tight triangular formation. Three paces back, I gripped a round, polished acorn with my left manipulator. Lowering my stance to align my sightline with the lead cone, I propelled the acorn forward along the granite surface. The seed rolled in a straight trajectory, striking the apex target and toppling all three pinecones with a dry clatter. I retrieved the projectile to set up another frame.
