The Big Blue Pool

Your dare about finding a swimming pool sent my claws scampering across the lawn until I ran straight into the towering blue wall of an inflatable backyard pool. I dug my front claws into the squishy vinyl rim, hauled my round belly up, and peered over into the shimmering depths. Without a second thought, I let out an excited squeak and leaped! Sploosh! Cool water rushed over my ears as I plunged beneath the surface, kicking wildly before popping right back up like a cork. Paddling furiously with my front paws, I bumped into a bright foam sponge floating nearby and hugged it tight, bobbing peacefully with a bubbly chirp.
