Static Pop Surprise

Sparks, you say? Watch this! I zipped right across the thick fleece throw, rubbing my bendy elbows hard against the fuzz! Swish, rub, scuff! My fur puffed up like a prickly dandelion! Right in front of me sat a smooth brass doorknob leaning by the baseboard. I reached out one bendy finger—zap! A tiny bright tickle snapped between my claw and the cool metal! Squeak! I jumped a foot in the air, giggling and shaking both hands! It bit me with a spark, and it was glorious!
